Getting to know your energy field

I'm offering another workshop on the human energy field on August 3rd from 10-12. These workshops are designed to be informative, interactive, short and reasonably priced. In this workshop, we will discuss the different layers of the energy field and how it relates to your physical body. We practice meditations so you can sense your own energy field and learn how you can utilize it to your advantage. An additional exercise is offered to sense the energy field of others. Besides getting familiar with this unseen space around you, the meditations/exercises also help build intuition.
