Introduction to the Human Energy Field

I am offering another Workshop about the Human Energy Field on August 2nd from 10-2 in Oceanside. In this Workshop, we will discuss the different layers of your Energy Field (aura) and how it relates to the physical body. You will also learn to sense this space around you for the purpose of healing, clearing and protection. Why is this important? Well, thoughts, emotions, beliefs, energetic debris, toxins can get stuck or clogged in there causing us to feel sluggish, sick, depressed and/or anxious. By utilizing tools to clear it out, you can help your body, mind and spirit to be healthier with an increased sense of well being.
