Our Mindful Fitness class is taught by Certified Personal Trainer Ryan Lapak. Ryan has designed a class that has elements of cardio, strength training and mindful stretching that will leave students feeling like they got a vigorous total body workout with a personal trainer and then had a good long stretch will aid in the recovery of both their body and mind.
