Gentle or Yin Yoga with Lisa

I have had the pleasure studying with Lisa and find her to be an exceptional teacher. She is knowledgeable and very heart centered. She will meet you where you are and assist you in moving forward each class. I listed her Weekly Tuesday Classes above as this system doesn't lend itself to posting more than one weekly. She also offers a Thursday class in her home (check her website for details) and a Friday class at 11:15-12:30 at Yasodhara Yoga.
