How do you think shopping has changed since the COVID-19 pandemic?
Have your shopping habits changed, and if so, in what ways?

Think about how you shop today compared with how you shopped before the pandemic.
Do you shop more online, or have you returnedgoing to physical stores?
Do you rely more on online reviews and ratings when choosing products?

What changes have you noticed in the shops and restaurants around you? Have new types of stores opened?
Have some of your favourite shops or restaurants closed permanently?

Have stores changed the way they serve their customers - maybe with hybrid models; fewer or smaller physical stores?

What can be discussed is also prices, special offers, delivery services, and how people decide what to buy.
