Welcome to the monthly Fridays for the Soul devotional and discussion gathering to be held on Friday, March 6th at the San Francisco Baha'i Center, located at 355 Bryant Street #110.
Doors open at 7pm for refreshments, and the devotional and discussions begin at 7:30pm.
The theme for the evening will be **“ Why suffering exists" We will delve into spiritual Writings and quotes as part of our discussions:
“The principal cause of this suffering, which one can witness wherever one turns, is the corruption of human morals and the prevalence of prejudice, suspicion, hatred, untrustworthiness, selfishness and tyranny among men. It is not merely material well-being that people need. What they desperately need is to know how to live their lives—they need to know who they are, to what purpose they exist, and how they should act towards one another;”
