Some of the 12 Guest Writers will join us online too.

1. Organisational Design: A working Hive
2. Communication: The Waggle Dance
3. Creativity: Pollination

SPRING
Spring is the beginning of the annual cycle for the bees and the beekeeper. The queen will start to lay eggs as soon as the temperature begins to rise and the first telltale white blossom of the blackthorn bush appears in hedgerows in Europe. From that point the bees are in full growth phase, building combs, rearing young, foraging for nectar and pollen and starting to make honey.

Inside corporate life, the new year and spring are also the time for growth and development. Goals may be defined and budgets set.
