### 🚀 Looking for a Core Group for Heavier Games?

While our main meetups focus on accessible, lighter games to keep things welcoming, one of our goals is to build a "base group" of core players. If you love heavier, crunchier, long-strategy games, come along! We want to connect with like-minded players here to plan separate, dedicated sessions for more complex games.

### 🗣️ Language & Accommodation

We want everyone to feel welcome at the table, regardless of their native language:

• The Setup: Most physical games we bring will be in Spanish, and some in English.
• English Speakers Welcome: Don't worry if your Spanish isn't perfect! Most of our attendees speak English, and the games we play (like Azul or Skull) are highly language-independent, meaning you don't need to read cards to play and win.

### 📍 Event Details & Venue

• When: 18:30 to 23:30 (We meet at 18:30 and start gaming at 18:45 to allow time to grab a drink. Running late? Please send a message!)
• Support the Venue: The bar is a business first and hosts our group for free. Every attendee is expected to purchase at least one drink or food item. We usually have dinner there around 20:00 while we keep playing!

To make sure everyone has a great time, we ask all players to follow a few simple rules:

• Attendance & RSVPs (3-Strike Policy): Space is limited and planning the event takes time and effort! Cancel your RSVP at least 24 hours in advance if you can't make it, to allow people on the waitlist to join. No-shows and late cancellations receive a strike (1 strike = friendly reminder, 2 strikes = 1 month RSVP ban, 3 strikes = permanent ban).
• Game Selection & Tables: To balance the experience for all skill levels, the organizer manages table assignments and the game lineup. I bring a library of games—if you'd like to bring your own to teach, please message me first to coordinate!
• Table Etiquette: Keep turns moving, limit phone use, and avoid "alpha gaming" (telling others what to do on their turn). Always help sort and pack up components when finished.
• Respect & Safe Space: We are an inclusive community. Be open to playing with new people, and remember that we have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior.
