We do it for fun and to get to know each other, and try to go out of our comfort zone!

The IICV presents the improv night.
Doors open at 19:30 (free seating).
20:00: No script, no clue, just crime (Murder Mystery Improv show)
21:00: Improv jam (performance wherein any attendee is invited to participate)
Murder Mystery Improv show
Our murder mystery show made on-the-spot in this ingenious improvised comedy. Pick up a victim and killer, grab your detective hats and prepare to laugh as you meet the suspects, grill them in a line up and ultimately find the murderer.
Jam
Performance where anybody can get up on stage and perform a playful mix of games, scenes.
This is a great place to build up performing experience and meet other people from the community.

Improv Open Session by IICV

What is it ?
These sessions are open to everyone regardless of experience level of improv. We aim to have fun, try out improv, play games, meet new people, in a inclusive environment.
The beginner will be supported by the leader and the rest of the community, the experienced improvisers will train their skills !What do we do ?

- Part 2 - Topic of the session focus games and exercise
- Part 3 - Scenes based on games, suggestions...

Meetup registration opens on Sunday 13:00 for the following Wednesday meetup.

Description:
The goal of this class is to provide you with an in-depth education about the basics of improv, build your confidence, and get you up on stage. The course will cover 4 main foundations of creating improv: Spontaneity, Active listening, Presence in the moment, Confidence.
All the foundations will be reviewed and used during every class, but each week will have a specific focus. The class will end with a show in which you are highly encouraged to perform and show off your awesome improv skills.Teacher: Shawn Fisher
Shawn Fisher's journey towards improv started in the US sometime around 2010 where he jump in whole heartedly and never looked back. He was trained by the Second City training Center in Chicago. He also plays improv with the Rainbows Last Wish, 2 buttons short and the English Lovers. Shawn is an IICV improv teacher since 2018 and a professional teacher.Schedule:

This 8-class course over 16 weeks is for all those who are serious about advancing their skills in improvised acting. Whether you are an actor or an improvisor, this course will focus on getting to the truth of you as a human being so that you can not act, but be on stage.
Raw emotions, real reactions and vulnerable, honest moments are at the centre. This course will make you question yourself, your habits and defense mechanisms that get in your way, and provide you with tools to shed all your unnecessary crutches, helping you express the truth inside you in a safe learning environment.
The journey will be challenging, but you will come out the other side with new tools and a deeper understanding about yourself as an artist and about drama that means something to both yourself and the audience.The IICV - International Improv Community in Vienna:
