Description
This 8-class course over 16 weeks is for all those who are serious about advancing their skills in improvised acting. Whether you are an actor or an improvisor, this course will focus on getting to the truth of you as a human being so that you can not act, but be on stage.
Raw emotions, real reactions and vulnerable, honest moments are at the centre. This course will make you question yourself, your habits and defense mechanisms that get in your way, and provide you with tools to shed all your unnecessary crutches, helping you express the truth inside you in a safe learning environment.
The journey will be challenging, but you will come out the other side with new tools and a deeper understanding about yourself as an artist and about drama that means something to both yourself and the audience.

The IICV - International Improv Community in Vienna:
the International Improv Community in Vienna is an inclusive non profit association seeking to explore, play, practice, and perform improvised arts in a group setting. The volunteers of the association organise weekly sessions, classes and community events to create and support the community.
