Tokyo Clover International Party is a group dedicated to expats and international-minded Japanese people who want to expand friendship/newtwork in Tokyo.

At TCIP, we provide a safe, comfortble and convenient environment in a cafe or in a restaurant in downtown Tokyo area.

You can expect to meet many kinds of people with diverse backgrounds, as well as locals with a keen interest in travelling, studying, learning foreign languges, living abroad or getting to know people from overseas.
