Understanding the Sihl to help support the Fish population

Please join us as Chris Hossli from WWF discusses what is being done on some of the rivers, in particular the Sihl, to promote/support a healthy fish population. Chris is currently working in the group from WWF that is reintroducing the Salmon to Switzerland.
We will meet on the Platzspitzbrücke where it meets the Platzpromenade. This is about 300 m North from the North-side of the Zürich HB train station.
From their we will examine the weir and the fish ladder. Then we will walk upstream to see revitalization measures that are happening, how low water flow can be addressed, and other issues around maintaining/creating a healthy environment for the fish, and in particular for the salmon.
The walk will end at the Rio Bar.
