About us
Connection. Heart. Spark.
A Workshop for Deepening Intimacy With Yourself and Others
What if your body could lead you into deeper connection?
What if your relationships could feel more alive—more honest, more easeful, more you?
This workshop is an invitation to bring your whole self—body, heart, energy—into your connections, whether romantic, platonic, or somewhere in between.
You’ll learn simple, powerful tools to:
- Feel more at home in your body (and use it as a compass in connection)
- Listen to your heart—so you can show up with more presence and less performance
- Deepen intimacy with others in a way that’s natural, grounded, and real
- Explore erotic friction (a.k.a. relational polarity)—and keep the spark alive
- Communicate boundaries and desires clearly, without losing connection
This is not about performing intimacy or getting it “right.”
It’s about tuning into your own truth, and learning how to meet others from that place.
Expect:
- Guided practices (gentle movement, partner exercises)
- Tools you can use in real life to shift stuck patterns in love and communication
- A safe, consensual space—no nudity or explicit touch
- Real connection. Real fun. Real change.
Let’s be honest—most of us didn’t grow up learning how to actually do intimacy.
We learned how to survive it. Perform it. Avoid it. Or rush right into it hoping chemistry would carry the rest.
Whether you're partnered, solo, or somewhere in between, you’ll get real tools for creating the kind of intimacy that feels good in your body, not just your head.
Come for the spark. Stay for the depth. Leave with more connection—inside and out.
About Your Guide
Michelle is a Feminine Embodiment Coach, ritualist, and facilitator devoted to awakening the aliveness, truth, and magnetic presence that lives in the body.
With a background spanning high-level leadership in the U.S. government to deep study in mysticism, embodiment, and the feminine arts, Michelle bridges the worlds of intellect and intuition, science and soul.
Her work is rooted in the belief that intimacy — with ourselves, with life, and with each other — begins in the body. Through practices that awaken eros, expression, and authentic connection, she supports people of all genders in reclaiming the parts of themselves that have been hidden, silenced, or shamed.
Michelle holds space for transformation with depth, humor, and a whole lot of heart. Her mission is to help you come home to your power, your pleasure, and your most alive, connected self — so you can relate from truth, love from wholeness, and create relationships that are deeply turned-on and soulfully aligned.

FAQ
Do I need to come with a partner?
No. All of our events are open to singles and couples. If you come solo, you’ll be partnered with others for practice. If you come with a partner, you can choose to work exclusively with them or explore exercises with others—whatever feels right for your dynamic.
Is this a sexual workshop?
No. There is no nudity or explicit sexual touch in any part of the event. While we work with the themes of intimacy, erotic energy, and relational polarity, the container is designed to be safe, boundaried, and fully consensual at every stage.
What kind of people attend?
People of all genders, sexual orientations, backgrounds, and relationship statuses. What they have in common is a sincere desire to grow in intimacy—with themselves and others. Some are in long-term partnerships, some are newly dating, and some are on a personal journey.
What if I feel nervous or unsure?
That’s completely normal. Many people arrive feeling a bit tender or stretched—it’s a vulnerable topic. You’ll be guided gently, with clear structure and plenty of choice points. Everything is invitational, and we deeply respect your boundaries.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing you can move in, a water bottle, a journal or notebook, and anything you need to feel supported (e.g. a cushion, wrap, or snack). Specific logistics will be shared upon registration.
Will I be pushed past my boundaries?
Absolutely not. Consent is foundational in all our work. You’ll be guided to notice, honor, and communicate your boundaries—and you’ll be supported in saying yes or no at any moment.
