Global Beer Traditions: Japan

Celebrate Japan being in the World Cup! We wanted to use the tournament as an excuse to explore some of the global traditions that make beer culture so special.

Throughout the tournament we'll be highlighting countries competing in the World Cup through their unique beer traditions, drinking customs, and beer-friendly foods.

Tonight, we'll head to Japan to demonstrate the "sharp pour" style of beer, as well as matcha beers made popular at places like Perfect Beer Kitchen in Tokyo. Good Omen Gyoza will also be poppin' up!
