Global Beer Traditions: Korea

Celebrate Korea being in the World Cup! We wanted to use the tournament as an excuse to explore some of the global traditions that make beer culture so special.

Throughout the tournament we'll be highlighting countries competing in the World Cup through their unique beer traditions, drinking customs, and beer-friendly foods.

Tonight we head to Korea for a beer snack so popular it has its own portmanteau: Chimaek. Or, fried chicken and beer (maekju).
