Christmas & Markets walk

***Please check back before the day as the meeting location will most likely change due to time restrictions as the museum.***

A wee Xmas wander through the city and Parnell which will include xmas decorations etc and 2 markets.

This walk will be approx. 11km 4 ish hours depending on the pace and breaks/shopping of the group. If you decide to leave partway through the walk please notify the leader in order that the group is not kept waiting trying to locate you.

Mostly on foot paths however there may be some tracks also. Please bring plenty of water and sunscreen if the current weather is anything to go by! I'm sure we can find an ice cream treat along the way.

Group members have indicated that they like to walk in a smaller group with a preferred maximum of 25. Therefore the limit on our walks will remain at 25. Thank you for your understanding :-)

***Please note we request a gold coin donation for participation in order to cover some of the costs incurred by the leaders for their organisation. Items such as outdoor magazine subscriptions, safety equipment (eg PLB) and the website costs etc***

9am is the start time not the time to arrive. We do not wait for late comers in fairness to those who arrive on time. Thank you for your understanding. The carparking can be busy so allow time to find a carpark.
