Welcome computer lovers. We are an online group dedicated to presenting the usage of computer languages. Starting from the basics we will acquaint you with creating programs to solve everyday problems.
We will be working with PHP which currently powers most web sites in the world. It is free and open source.
We will be using Notepad++ which also is free and open source. It seems to be one of the best code editors.
In the upcoming meetings we will cover HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL at which point you will be what they call a Full Stack Programmer.
Required: computer with internet connection. There is no cost for any of the topics we will cover. We will show you how to install a personal web server on you own computer so that you can run all of this locally.
All meetings are done through Zoom so there is no physical contact.
