About us
Welcome to Introverted But Social (Women in Their 20s & 30s) — a gentle space for women who want connection, but find socializing a little hard.
This group is for those of us who:
• Feel overwhelmed by loud, high-energy events
• Crave meaningful friendships but don’t know where to start
• Want to meet like-minded women in a calm, welcoming environment
You don’t have to be super outgoing, talkative, or confident to join — just open to showing up, being kind, and connecting in your own way.
💬 What to expect:
Low-pressure, cozy gatherings like…
• Quiet café catchups
• Nature walks or picnic meetups
• games, or “silent” social events (yes, reading together counts!)
This is a judgment-free zone where it’s okay to be quiet, nervous, or unsure — many of us are! We’re here to make it easier, together.
Whether you’ve just moved to town, feel stuck in a lonely season, or simply want deeper friendships with people who “get it” — you’re not alone. 💛

We’ll stroll through the park at a relaxed pace, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the scenery. It’s a simple, calm way to start the day and meet a few new faces in a laid-back, friendly setting.

Cornwall Park Cafe, Cornwall Park Pōhutukawa Drive, Epsom, Auckland 1051, Auckland, NZJoin us for a relaxed outdoor creative session where we gather in the park to paint, draw, and create at our own pace. We’ll be supplying acrylic paints, canvases, paintbrushes, and watercolour supplies for anyone who wants to use them. You’re welcome to bring along any art mediums you love - sketchbooks, pencils, markers, or paints.
This is a judgment-free, beginner-friendly space focused on creativity, connection, and enjoying the moment. Whether you feel like chatting, quietly creating, or switching between the two, you’re welcome just as you are. No experience needed- just come as you are and let yourself create.

Long Bay, 2000 Beach Road, North Shore, Auckland, NZCome enjoy a relaxed day by the water, and good company. We'll be bringing a big picnic mat - Just bring your beach towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, snacks, and anything you’d love to chill with. This is a low-pressure, come-as-you-are meetup where we can unwind, chat, and soak up some sunshine together at long bay Beach. Whether you stay for a little or a long while, it’ll be a calm, fun day at the beach.
