Welcome to Introverted But Social (Women in Their 20s & 30s) — a gentle space for women who want connection, but find socializing a little hard.
This group is for those of us who:
• Feel overwhelmed by loud, high-energy events
• Crave meaningful friendships but don’t know where to start
• Want to meet like-minded women in a calm, welcoming environment
You don’t have to be super outgoing, talkative, or confident to join — just open to showing up, being kind, and connecting in your own way.
💬 What to expect:
Low-pressure, cozy gatherings like…
• Quiet café catchups
• Nature walks or picnic meetups
• games, or “silent” social events (yes, reading together counts!)
This is a judgment-free zone where it’s okay to be quiet, nervous, or unsure — many of us are! We’re here to make it easier, together.
Whether you’ve just moved to town, feel stuck in a lonely season, or simply want deeper friendships with people who “get it” — you’re not alone. 💛

Think speed dating, but for friendships. You’ll rotate through casual conversations with other women in a cozy café setting while enjoying good chats and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re looking to expand your circle, meet like-minded people, or simply try something new, Sip + Switch is all about meaningful connections in a warm and low-pressure environment.
(Don’t worry — we’ll try not to make it too intense or too one-on-one, and will likely rotate in small groups/trios where possible)
You’ll also be given friendship bingo cards to help spark conversations, find similarities, and connect with others in a more natural way, along with small note cards if you’d like to jot down names, socials, or little notes throughout the event
Important: As we’re being hosted by a local cafe, we kindly ask everyone attending to support the venue by purchasing a drink or food during the event
