This group is intended for IT Professionals who have moved or want to move into a leadership role and would like support in developing people skills required to be an effective leader in business.
Your leadership development happens when YOU talk, not just when WE talk.
This monthly mastermind meets on the first Friday of the month from 12:00 -1:00 Central time.

We ask participants to honor these guidelines:

• Treat this like a business meeting AND a place to practice your communication
• Show up 5 minutes before start time
• Be in a quiet, private place where you can speak freely
• Bring an intention of engaging with the small group breakout room discussions.
• Treat this like a face to face interaction as much as possible
• Keep your video on for the duration of the meeting (people want to see you and not a black box)
