Building Leadership Presence: An Intro Seminar for Introverted IT Professionals

Details
Do you find yourself shrinking from valuable opportunities for connection or driving others away with unintentional intimidation? Do you wonder how you could become a more effective leader or a more valuable partner or team member? Do you wish you could speak clearly when the stakes are high? Connected presence can make all the difference.
Based on the work of renowned British voice and acting coach Patsy Rodenburg and the presenter’s own brand of “Playful Mindfulness,” this intro seminar will engage participants in safe and fun exercises that show you how to inhabit “Second Circle,” a physical and attitudinal way of being that generates:
- greater charisma
- resilient confidence
- creative insight
- amplified power
- improved perception
- calm in the face of chaos
- clearer communication
- authentic connection
We’ll use on-your-feet movement exercises, short role plays, and shared inquiry to cultivate and experience a grounded, attentive presence that applies in professional settings—and anywhere else in life. This will shift how you move in the world!
