Tired of being overlooked?
Overlooked for the promotion. Passed over for opportunities. Unseen in rooms full of louder voices.
You've been told—directly or indirectly—that to get ahead, you need to "put yourself out there more," "be more visible," "network better."
Translation: become an extrovert.
But what if that's completely wrong?
This workshop is for introverts who are done shrinking. Done apologizing for needing space. Done watching extroverts get recognized while your deep work goes unnoticed.
You don't need to become someone else to be seen. You need to stand in your unique power as an introvert—and set a goal audacious enough to demand it.
What We'll Do:
Name the real problem: You've been playing by extrovert rules
Explore what's possible when you honor your introvert energy instead of fighting it
Design one "impossible goal" for 2026 that requires you to be visible on your terms
Map the four dimensions that will make it real: Mindset, Habits, System, Team
This Is For You If:
You're capable of more but keep getting overlooked
You're exhausted from trying to "network" and "promote yourself" the extrovert way
You're ready to be seen without pretending to be someone you're not
You want recognition for your depth, not just your volume
The Format:
Solo reflection + small group conversations (3-4 people). No forced mingling. No performative energy. Just space to think deeply and talk honestly with people who get it.
Leave With:
A written impossible goal that demands you show up as your full self
A framework to achieve it without burning out or "faking it"
Permission to stop playing by rules that were never designed for you
Dec 26 is the perfect time: everyone else is coasting. You'll be designing the year you finally get seen.
