Il Mercato Centrale is a 1-minute walk from Southern Cross station - perfect whether you're coming by the metro or V/Line.

Everything is here in one place, spread over 3 levels with ample seating.

ITINERARY

11.30am - Meet at Il Mercato Centrale.
Say hi to fellow introverts.
Enjoy lunch (at your own expense).

12.30pm - Walk / Take a tram to Library at the Dock, Docklands.

1-2pm - Walk along the river, then check out the library.
If you're lucky, you might score a river-facing seat upstairs and while a pleasant afternoon away doing what we like to do.
The library closes at 4pm on Saturdays.
