"CARTIER" NGV EXHIBITION + RELAXING LUNCH

August is for the letter H, which was a bit difficult as we've just been to Glenferrie in Hawthorn. Anyhoo, since the Melbourne Winter Masterpieces are hosting the Cartier exhibition, we thought this might be a good outing for our group, especially as I may just have found us another French cafe worth trying and budget-friendly. (We visited Roule Galette last time, and members were delighted by the food.)

11am: Meet at the foyer of NGV International (180 St. Kilda Road opp. the Queen Victoria Gardens) near the golden sculpture / waterfall feature.

We will meander through the exhibition on our own at our own pace (because we're introverts) and meet back at 12.30pm at the foyer.

12.30pm: Proceed to lunch as a group.

The place I have in mind for lunch is Croque Monsieur on Flinders Lane. It's the little brother to Roule Galette.
No guarantees we'll get a table as it's Saturday lunchtime and Flinders Lane is usually packed, but we shall see. There are always other options in the area, just not necessarily French. :)
