Let's get together in community for Tai Chi in the Park!! This slow mindful meditative movement is great for beginners. Your instructor will guide you through a series of gentle meditative movements for balance, strength, mobility, and flexibility.
This event will be held at the NC Museum of Art ART PARK and the specific location and directions will be in your confirmation email.

Tai Chi Instructor and Certified Meditation Instructor Rebecca Cooley guides you through a series of meditative and mindful exercises to relax at all levels, helping you become more at ease in your body, breath, and mind.
Includes:
- Opening Meditation
- Tai Chi Warm-up
- Beginner level Tai Chi meditative movements
- Closing Meditation
Seating is limited.
Advance completed registration is needed.

• If you are experiencing symptoms or sneezing, coughing, sniffling,
fever (even if they are allergy and sinus-related) or if you have been
around someone who has covid, please DO NOT attend.
• Please show up on time for the event (preferably 5 minutes in advance).
• For all events just a reminder, if you need to reach me I will be available only through the event discussion thread to answer questions until the time of the event. After the start of the event, I will not be checking my phone or the event page, so I can give my full attention.
