Let's get together in community for Tai Chi in the Park!! This slow mindful meditative movement is great for beginners. Your instructor will guide you through a series of gentle meditative movements for balance, strength, mobility, and flexibility. You do not need to know the poses in advance, come with a beginner's mind!
Learn the foundational movements of Tai Chi in this 4-week class, includes four 60-minute classes on
07/08, 07/15, 07/22, 07/29
Tai Chi Instructor and Certified Meditation Instructor Rebecca Cooley guides you through a slow Tai Chi practice with poses to help you become more at ease in your body, breath, and mind through. This wonderful exercise helps you to cultivate flexibility in your mind and body as you experience the benefits of moving chi (energy).
Includes:
- Opening Meditation
- Tai Chi Warm-up exercises
- Beginner level Tai Chi instruction
- Closing Meditation

What to bring: Yoga Mat or blanket to stand and sit on (optional), gym shoes (or you can be barefoot)
