Icon Networking Lunch | Real Estate Investor Meetup

We know the real estate investor's life is crazy. With early coffee meetings in the morning and various fires to put out by the afternoon, when is there ever a decent time to network with like minded full time people? We are hosting a mid day meetup to allow full-time people the chance to network during the 9-5 grind. This meetup is perfect for flippers, wholesalers, private money lenders, and anyone looking for a deal.

When: Tuesday, March 11th, please arrive by 11:30 in order to order lunch. Meeting will start by 12:00PM with a hard stop at 1:00 PM.
Where: Reivers Bar & Grill - Wash Park, 1085 S Gaylord St, Denver, CO 80209

You can expect:
11:30am - Start time. If you want to order lunch, get there before noon and order with our server at the bar.
12pm - Discussion time. We will go around the room and introduce ourselves. After intros, anyone who has a deal to sell has a brief chance to talk about it. Please take note of who you would like to connect with after the meeting regarding what deals they have available. Group discussion till 12:50pm
12:50pm - End discussion. This is when you will have a chance to get contacts and have time to connect with anyone who has a deal available.
1pm - Meeting end.
We have the room untll 1:30pm if any of your conversations go past 1pm.

We encourage attendees to bring a deal, buy a deal, mentor someone new, recommend a great contractor, etc..........basically just make sure to add some value if you plan to attend.

Note: If you are new and learning the biz, we ask you to email and register with the host directly. We are more than happy to have you attend, but understand this is not a "learn the process" or "how to do it" meetup.

This event will be meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, so mark your calendar ahead of time.
