Analyzing Opportunities. We are going to Cover:
-Actual closing statements to figure out what it costs to buy and sell a house off and on market (MLS)
-Running the numbers based on comps using common formulas
-Obtaining a "Ball Park" amount for the cost of rehab
-Determining a Deal from a No Deal
-Checking out LIVE opportunities currently available both off and on market
