iRest is a guided non-religious meditation practice designed to help you cope with daily stress, improve sleep, and awaken to your true nature (the feelings, beliefs, and personal mission that helps you bring your best self to life).

Overview of practice:
6:45pm arrive at Full Moon Studio to check in:
1210 S. Gilbert St., Suite 105

7pm-8pm Practice begins with introduction and description or iRest (~15 minutes) and 35-45 minutes of guided meditation practice.

Meditation is performed lying down, sitting or standing with eyes open or closed (your choice which is most comfortable for you).

Afterward we'll check in with everyone on how they're feeling, drink water, and relax for 15-20 minutes before departing for the evening.

If you have a yoga mat or any props like blankets, bolsters, etc of your own to bring you may do so, but we'll have a significant number of these at the studio for people to use as well, if needed.

This practice is free, but a donation of $7 or more is suggested if you can afford to pay something, with all proceeds going to Community Crisis Services and Food Bank.
