• What we'll do
Leverage the wisdom of your body for deep healing via a relaxing guided iRest yoga nidra meditation. Lie down, unwind and step away from everyday concerns by releasing negative thoughts and emotions. Certified iRest teacher Rob Rosborough will lead you through a full body and mind meditation. Emerge ready for a good night's sleep and filled with positive and vibrant energy to face your days ahead with renewed joy.
• What to bring
No need to bring anything besides yourself. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you'd like but we have plenty and you will simply be lying down with your eyes closed.
• Important to know
Arrive in time to start at 8:00 to allow time for questions and debriefing afterwards.
