Irish Social Dancing: Set Dancing and Sean Nós

Hello all! My name is Louise O Connor. Im a fiddle player and dancer from County Clare and I love teaching the Irish dances I grew up doing back home.
You're very welcome to join us for social dancing in the Backroom of The Cobblestone starting again May 20th at 7.15pm. It is very relaxed and informal and always great fun. The dancers that have come so far have all gotten to know each other which is lovely. They have been locals as well as people coming from different countries.

Ill be teaching set dancing which is an traditional Irish social dance. You do not need a partner to attend and all levels of dancers are welcome.
We will dance a different set each night. If you are already familiar with the sets you can still enjoy dancing through the sets.

We will learn the Plain, Ballyvourney Jig, Kilfenora amongst others. You can of course carry on the night in The Cobblestone Pub after where there is always brilliant live music playing.
