IN-PERSON MEETUP!!
Topic: Using Azure OpenAI to Create a Conversational Knowledge Assistant (Live Demo)
During the event, we will go over how Neudesic used Azure's OpenAI service to create a Conversational Knowledge Assistant called Neudle. Neudle uses the incredible capabilities of OpenAI's GPT models to answer questions about Neudesic's documentation. It is able to converse with the user to understand the question, perform a semantic/keyword search of the dataset, and explain the answer to the user. Instead of having to train an entirely new model on a different set of data, we can simply point Neudle at another set of text data and it will be able to answer questions about any set of documents. We will also discuss more specific tips for using OpenAI models, like Prompt Engineering, Few-Shot learning, and layering multiple API calls.
Mason Sawtell is an Associate Data Scientist at Neudesic working on the Data & AI Innovation Team. He has experience working with LLMs such as GPT, and is passionate about learning about new technologies and state-of-the-art data science.
There will be food and beverages, provided by Neudesic.
