Come join our Roundtable to develop and submit a response to PDPC's Public Consultation for the Proposed Advisory Guidelines on Use of Personal Data in AI Recommendation and Decision Systems.

PDPC's public consultation paper seeks views on the proposed clarifications on how the PDPA applies to the collection and use of personal data to develop and deploy AI systems that embed machine learning (ML) models ("AI Systems") used to make decisions, recommendations or predictions.
