We are excited to announce the return of our beloved Potluck Picnics this summer! These gatherings are a perfect opportunity to enjoy delicious food, great company, and the beautiful outdoors.
What is a Potluck Picnic? If you're new to the potluck concept, it's simple: prepare or buy a little extra food to share with two or three additional people. When everyone contributes, there's plenty of deliciousness for all!
Event Details:
- Entry: Free (18+ only)
- Time: Exact meetup times will be announced a few days before the event itself, typically starting a couple of hours before sunset, to avoid the hottest part of the day.
- What to Expect: These are very laid-back events. People bring their blankets, sit on the ground, enjoy snacks, chat with each other, etc.
Meetup Location: The exact picnic spot will be shared within our WhatsApp groups shortly before the event, as we can't reserve spaces in advance. We'll find an empty spot just before the event begins and notify everyone via our WhatsApp group.
WhatsApp Group: To streamline logistics, we are reviving our WhatsApp group for all picnic communications this season.
What to Bring:
- Suitable picnic supplies (food, blankets, etc.)
- We’ll provide some basic items like paper plates, cups, and napkins, but please feel free to bring your own to ensure there’s enough for everyone.
- We encourage reusable materials to minimize waste and support eco-friendliness.
Etiquette:
- Please help us by cleaning up after yourselves and leaving no trash behind.
- Be aware that a photographer might be present at these events, and photos or videos may be shared on social media.
