You’ll find Teatro Hall just a few minutes’ walk from Ealing Broadway station. Imagine a super-stylish yet laid-back bar with low lighting, a creative seasonal drinks menu, and cosy, tucked-away seating—and you’re on the right track. It’s the perfect setting for a fun, free-spirited evening of speed dating with a lively group of single guests. To keep things running smoothly (and stress-free), your host will be on hand throughout—providing the social glue and making those all-important introductions.

Our host will be at the venue from 19:15 to welcome you. Please arrive on time to check in, grab a drink from the bar, and get a quick rundown of how the evening will unfold. You’ll be offered an optional name sticker, along with a pen and note card to help you keep track of all the lovely people you meet.

Ladies will be seated on tables adequately spaced, discreetly numbered, and arranged in a comfortable area of the venue. When speed dating commences, gents will join ladies for 5-minute dates to get to know one another. Your host will notify all guests at the end of each date, signalling for gents to move to the next table in ascending numerical order.

During table rotations, you will have a moment to record on note cards your feelings towards the previous date and intention to reconnect, for your reference only.

Mid-way through the evening, your host will indicate a 15-minute comfort break to use the rest room, head to the bar, or socialise with new connections. Dating will then resume for the second half of the evening.

At the end of the speed dating the bar will remain open for more socialising. You can then access the event listing in your dashboard to enter feedback on dates and await your matches.

Perfect for cheese and wine lovers — or anyone up for a fun, flavour-filled evening, with the chance to meet someone who shares their taste in vino!

Have a Mer’lot of fun meeting fellow wine enthusiasts during this full-bodied evening of Old World wines and newfound single friends. Add a cheese and charcuterie board into the mix, and you’ve got yourself some truly perfect pairings!

You’ll be welcomed at 19:15 by your It’s a Date host, who will show you where to leave your jacket and introduce you to the rest of the group.

From there, you’ll enjoy three 125ml servings of hand-selected wines — typically a red, a white, and either a rosé or sparkling option. Pairing notes will be provided to give insight into each wine’s origins, add context to the flavours, and offer easy conversational cues as we explore the wines (and each other) throughout the evening.

Mid-way through, we’ll share a selection of cheeses and charcuterie — the ideal accompaniment to a relaxed, organic, and sociable night out.
Throughout the event, your host will make introductions and ensure everyone has plenty of opportunities to mingle and connect. We’ll wrap up around 21:00, after which the bar will remain open for a glass from your favourite bottle and the chance to continue socialising more widely.

Once home, you can access a list of attendees on your It’s a Date dashboard to send match feedback and organise those second dates. A match is struck when two guests reciprocate identical feedback, indicating mutual intent to reconnect and enabling messaging via our online platform.
