Refunds available for any reason until May 15 - after May 15 someone has to take your spot for you to get in. No refunds the day before or on the day of - if you cancel last minute, you lose out, even if someone does take your spot.
no guests - everyone must be a signed up IBO member
Arrival: every car needs to check in at the registration office on your way into the park, you NEED to check in to get a gate key, but
there are only 2 cars per campsite allowed, any others need to park in the overflow lot
The overflow lot is just outside the gate to the campground
You are allowed into the campground to drop off your stuff but the extra cars may not stay there, they need to be parked in overflow. They check on this. In order for cars to get into the campground to drop stuff off, you'll need to borrow a gate key from someone that's already gotten one
There are 10 people on each site, you guys can decide amongst yourselves when you arrive whose car gets to stay and who parks in overflow - I would suggest that whichever cars stay at the site, be willing to leave the car unlocked overnight so that anyone that needs to get into the car to put food away be able to get into the car whenever they need. If you are unwilling to leave your car unlocked and share it with others in your campsite for nighttime storage, then you shouldn't be the one to have your car at the site overnight.
you at least need your own:
tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, food, drinks
ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED!
You're responsible for your own food and beverages, don't come expecting someone else to cook for you. except...
POTLUCK Saturday night!
Potluck means everyone brings something (food, not alcohol) to share with the group. Bring enough for like 6-8 people, not enough to feed 30. If everyone brings enough for 6-8 then we should have more than plenty.
Potluck is optional, you don't have to participate, but if you don't bring something that you don't get anything.
Note, there is NO electric here so the only way to make something hot is either over the firepit or on a campstove.
A bag of chips is not good enough, please contribute a little more than that if you are participating.
