(almost) Full Moon! Night Hike (no headlamps) - (about) 7 miles

Details
This is not the night of the actual full moon but I picked this night because
Moonrise is 3:30pm so it should be high in the sky by the time we start hiking
Will hike in snow but will cancel for rain/bad driving conditions
(if there's snow on trails, make sure you have proper hiking boots)
actual full moon does rise early enough to work for us
If you want to get food/drinks first, arrive at Mount Airy Tap Room around 5:30 (happy hour goes until 6:30)
We will meet to start the hike outside the Tap Room at 7pm
We have about 7 miles to go over rocky, twisted trails. It will be dark and we're not using headlamps, but we're still going at a nice pace to finish in about 3 hours of hiking.
There will be rocks, roots, trees, tree branches and leaves on the trail with some large step ups and step downs that you'll have to feel out. This isn't an easy hike. There's not a ton of elevation but it's a good distance and it's in the dark.
General Details for night hikes without lights:
make sure you're comfortable hiking in the dark without headlamps - do NOT come if you're not ok with this (you can still bring a red light for the occasional tricky spot)
Always make sure you can see the person in front of you - if you can't, walk faster! seriously.
If the person in front of you is not keeping up with the rest of the group, feel free to pass them...it's NOT rude to pass them, it IS rude not to be paying attention and keeping up with the others
We won't be going for food/drinks afterwards since we're meeting beforehand for that
No guests allowed, everyone must be an IBO member so that I make sure they get all the necessary information. It's free to join, just have your friend join the meetup group.
