Rollerblading on MLK (BYO for afterwards)

We'll meet at the Public Parking lot on MLK Drive (West River Drive) just west of where Montgomery meets MKL. The meetup map pin doesn't seem to work well for this to make sure to look at the map pics I posted.

RAIN: we'll cancel for rain or drizzle but I'm planning ahead and Tuesday June 17 will be a rain date if we cannot go on the 16th

We'll meet at 6:30, skating by 6:45
we'll skate for like an hour or so, longer if you want, and then we can hang out for a bit by the cars
my planned route is about 8 miles total (with a bailout mid-way)

Skating...BYO skates...and pads and helmets...I won't enforce them, but I highly encourage them...especially wrist guards

Are regular/quad skates ok? wellllll...we'll be much faster on rollerblades but if you want to try the old-school kind then you can, but you may not be able to keep up, so it's your call
