Cowtown Rodeo Night (must buy your own ticket ahead of time); read ALL details!

very important: you must buy your own ticket ahead of time and they do sell out - you won't be able to get one on the day of - they are general admission though so there's no pre-assigned seating

Arrive around 3pm to get the best parking spot and to tailgate with others in the group before the rodeo
See the attached map of the rodeo grounds - we will try to park in area #13 and get spots as close to the arena as possible
Once I park I will have my large red ITS BETTER OUTDOORS flag up to help find us

Bring your own drinks and food but we'll have some games to play like cornhole, etc
please make sure to help clean up before we go into the rodeo
WE WILL CLOSE UP THE TAILGATE and get in line for the rodeo around 6pm - while the show doesn't start until 7:30, you need to get in line early to get good seats
OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINK IS ALLOWED! yes, as long as you bring it in a cooler that is 12x12 or smaller - no large coolers allowed
but you can put whatever you want into the 12x12 cooler - as long as it's not glass...no glass allowed
Nut Allergies - this is not a nut-free area, there are all kinds of nuts being served so if you are allergic, this is not the place for you

CASH ONLY for vendors within the Rodeo arena, so plan ahead!

No picture or video within the Rodeo, make sure you know this...if you are caught taking pictures or videos they can remove you without refund

All seating is first come first served and it's hard to save seats...If you arrive late or don't get in line with us around 6 then you will probably not be sitting with us
