Lock 60 Loop paddle from Fitzwater Station (rentals available)

We're going to paddle the lock 60 loop starting at Fitzwater Station then paddling up the canal to lock 60, portage over the canal bank, then down the Schuylkill River 2 miles to the spot where we portage back over to the canal and then back up to Fitzwater Station

Meet at Fitzwater Station at 10am
paddling by 10:30 - if you are late, just catch up

When we portage to the Schuylkill River at Lock 60 we will stop in the River for about 30 minutes of play time - footballs, frisbees, waterguns, snacks, beverages, etc

Once we get back to Fitzwater Station, we can try to get tables of 4 or 6 or 8 and have some food/drinks

*You must be able to portage your own boat over the canal bank - this means picking it up out of the water and carrying it from the canal to the river for about 100 yards or so
