Walking history tour of the Avenue of the Arts with Jim H!

ITS BETTER OUTDOORS' favorite Philly founding fathers fanatic tour guide is back in town for a couple nights and wants to lead IBO on a FREE 2 hour walking tour of the Avenue of the Arts.
Jim Houlistan is in town from San Diego and used to be an official Philly Tour guide so he's going to spend 2 hours taking us up and down the Avenue of the Arts (Broad Street) telling us about the history of some of the unique buildings along the way.

Meet at Uptown Beer Garden any time after 5, tour starts at 6:30
we'll finish at Walnut Street Garden for after-tour drinks
plan for 2 hours of walking (no bathroom breaks during the tour)

Pace is medium and the distance isn't too far (maybe like 4 miles at most)
