Paddle on the Schuylkill from Dragon Boat Dock on MLK drive (almost full moon)

STAY AS LONG OR AS SHORT AS YOU WANT
I'm posting this as a 6:30 meeting time and paddling by 7 so that should help with traffic and you shouldn't have to rush - but watch traffic on GPS
WILL CANCEL FOR RAIN/DRIZZLE, will still go if it's just cloudy

Sunset is 7:30 (so if you're on the water at 7:30, plan on having lights as it'll be dark when you take out)
Moonrise is 4:42 so we should get a good moonview over the water and city tonight!
The full moon is officially the 7th but we'll still get most of a moon

You need to have your own kayak or SUP as there are no rentals available

Getting there: this is just off of MLK drive so there should be less traffic than on Kelly Drive
and the dock is open all night so we can out on the water as late as we want

bring water, drinks, snacks, etc you will probably also want a light long sleeve shirt or towel as it could get a little chilly on the water after dark

Which way we paddle first depends on conditions...wind, current, etc - TBD on the day of - if you're late, check the comments, I'll post which way we go

Check your GPS before you leave, make sure it's taking you to the right place. you can just put "dragon boat dock" into google maps and you'll get there.
