IBO v XNM kickball game! sign up as player or spectator

Kickball!!!!!!!!!!
IBO will be venturing into another fierce battle against some of our closest friends (or enemies)… XNM.

Since many members do events with both groups, please make sure to only sign up as “going” with the IBO event OR the XNM event (NOT BOTH), so we can keep track of who is playing on which team.
John and I agree that you should generally join the team of the group that you have done your first events with (out of these two groups).
Bring some snacks, and beverages.

We are planning on doing this at the Garthwaite Stadium in Conshohocken. The field should be open as far as we can tell.

Playoff format: XNM will have two teams, and IBO will have two teams. Each team will play both of the opposing group's teams (which will be played concurrently), and we will tally up the points for XNM & IBO after the four games... 2 for a victory, 1 for a tie, 0 for a loss. If after the two games, we end up with a tie, we will play a shorter "all star game" to settle it once and for all!

Rules (we will go over these before the game):
Minimum of 4 females on the field at a time
5 run per inning limit until the 5th inning
Players must play for an entire inning minimum (top bottom or bottom top) before subbing out (unless injury occurs).
No stealing
We will be limiting number of home runs per person to two, else it becomes an out
7 innings per game
One base advancement on an overthrow
Outfielders can’t be closer than 20 feet of infield when a female is kicking

Note: We will mark the event as "full" when we hit 30 players.
15 players per team.

Of course we will all go out to celebrate the thrill of victory and drown the sorrows of the agony of defeat after the games!

Championship- 6 players from each team (3 guys and 3 girls) will play in championship

Make sure to note if you are playing, spectating, or willing to ref (impartially of course) when you RSVP

If playing- you must be ok playing/running around for 3 games (with occasional breaks - we'll sub players into the outfield to make sure everyone gets playing time)

Everyone must bat- batting lineup doesn’t change just because someone sits out an inning in the field
