Halloween Costume Crawl! through the city

Time for the IBO Halloween Costume Crawl!

Get your Halloween costumes ready and join IBO as we parade our costumes from Olde City to Center City

Costumes are highly encouraged!
The scarier, the funnier, the better!

The plan:
meet at Buffalo Billiards at 5:30pm, or when you can get there
at 6:30 we start walking through the city
We'll take one stop at Nightmare before Christmas - 116 S 12th - for about 45 minutes (1 or 2 drinks)
then move on to see some Halloween decoration displays at 22nd and Lombard
and then make our way to Uptown Beer Garden to finish the night where they always do it up great for Halloween

total distance should be less than 4 miles, all flat and easy
BUT our route is not straight, we'll take a couple turns here and there to make sure we parade ourselves through Washington Square and Rittenhouse Square

I’ll try to keep the group together before/after lights and crossing streets but try to keep up or just catch up
