Bonjour South of France! We're going out & about exploring and discovering! Hidden gems, places of picture perfect beauty, steeped in history, blended culture and french gastronomy at its best! Off the main touristic scope, definitely worth visiting and making a fantastic 3 day trip.

We are based in the elegant and stylish Montpellier where we can take advantage of its strategic point and visit as well the near by cities on optional day trips as we choose so.

Indicative itinerary :

Friday, 13th June : Meet up at the hotel in the evening and head out for our french culinary experience in a local restaurant of the vibrant Place de la Comedie, in the heart of Montpellier.

Saturday, 14th June : A day around the historical centre of Montpellier! Take a sneak peek in the exceptional Faubre Art museum if you wish, we are visiting the 15th century Saint - Pierre cathedral, the 12th century oldest Faculty of Medicine in the World, wander in the maze of the old, medieval town, take a break in cosy cafes and bump into the Mikve, the oldest medieval ceremonial Jewish bath along the way,

Sunday, 15th June : A optional day trip to Carcassonne, like a trip back in time! Nestled at the top of the hill, the best preserved medieval town in the World, a UNESCO Heritage site. Think of your childhood fairytales castles and you won't be let down! Put your walking shoes on, charge your camera!

Monday, 16th June : A half day visit to picturesque and photogenic Bezier with its spectacular authentic medieval character before we make our way to the airport, if you take the evening flight.

We are moving around with public transport, mainly trains, kindly allow some flexibility in the above itinerary.
