What we’re about
Nottingham IVC is a friendly, informal social club offering a wide variety of social, cultural & sporting activities. We organise meals out, pub nights, quiz nights, breakfast club, Sunday lunch, Curry Club, comedy club, walks, holidays, Theatre trips. The events posted on the Meetup webpage are only a small selection of the events we organise. We also join in with the activities of other local social groups affiliated to the National Association of Inter-Varsity Clubs (AIVC) - please visit http://www.aivc.org.uk for further details.
Membership is comprised of people of all ages and different backgrounds. The club is run by the members for the members, which keeps the costs low and the fun high. You are free to take part in whichever events you like. All ages are welcome so if you've just finished education, just retired or just moved to the area then why not come along and check us out.
Our club night is held on most Tuesday evenings from 8pm onwards at the Ferry Inn, Main Road, Wilford Village, Nottingham, NG11 7AA. You can usually find us sitting in the small room behind the main bar.
