Exploring SoCal Eats: XIBEI Eatery in Santa Ana

Calling all foodies, curious eaters, and anyone who’s been wanting to try something new but needed a little motivation.
For the next stop in our small-group restaurant series, we’ll be checking out Xibei Eatery in Santa Ana — a spot focused on Northwestern Chinese comfort food, hand-pulled noodles, hearty dishes, and flavors that are a little different from the Chinese food many of us are used to.
The idea is simple: meet some fun people, try a new restaurant, share a few dishes, and hopefully discover another great food spot around SoCal together.
We’ll meet outside the restaurant first, do quick intros while everyone arrives, then head in and grab our table. Since this is a small group event, please only RSVP if you’re confident you can make it. If the event fills up, join the waitlist — if spots open, I’ll add people in.
Come ready to meet new people, try something different, and maybe split a few appetizers or dishes so we can taste a little bit of everything — because that’s half the fun.
