Local Variety Co. presents Third Space Comedy — a monthly stand-up comedy event hosted in The Taproom at Urbanrest Brewing Company in Ferndale, MI.

First time attending? Great! The Local Variety Comedy Showcase is open to new attendees from Meetup. (The meetup RSVP count is not a reflection of actual attendance; we do ticketing on Eventbrite and same-day ticket sales at the door.)

Each show features a sharp lineup of regional comedians in an intimate space, complete with barrels, string lights, and good energy. We’re here to celebrate local talent and build community through comedy.

Omar Tye began doing standup comedy in the early 2000's. He is a Detroit native who has performed at many clubs and bars throughout the metro area, placed in the finals for comedy contests, and been featured on TV and in the movies.

Same-day tickets are available for $20 at the door.
