IxD Session: A Framework for Designing Great Experiences.
Details
When designing, we often become focused on creating artefacts that document how a digital interface will look and work. But in reality, to successfully design great experiences, we should be focusing on the behaviours and feelings that we want to create in those people using the interface.
In this session, Elsa Plumley from Foolproof will discuss why insight about how real customers think and behave is essential to good experience design, and share Foolproof’s framework for bringing customer insight into the design process.
