Dan will speak about how silos, hierarchies, and corporate jargon have created soulless environments in which people no longer speak with and learn from each other, but simply implement at a relentless pace to meet measures and growth targets. This reality is having drastically unhealthy effects on people, teams, businesses, and societies where people do not feel connected to a meaningful story. People are in effect sleepwalking.

So what is the alternative and what does a more enlightened and healthier future look like? We will explore and challenge our current notions of success and the way we work, and look at the human qualities, nutrients, tools, and project experiments that help people to work—and live—well. We need to give back permission to people to design their own cultures and open up opportunities for themselves and the people they work with.
